Transitional justice & social cohesion (Prof.Graeme Simpson)

Post-conflict justice is frequently discussed in moral or academic terms. This conversation approaches it as a policy design challenge. It explores the operational realities of reconciliation, where stability, accountability, and national cohesion must coexist. It avoids ideological framing and instead examines how justice functions under pressure. The central question here is ‘How does a society rebuild trust without reopening rupture?’ This is storytelling as policy inquiry.
